山の上ホテルが休館すると聞き、その前にカフェの利用で行きました。 やはり、みんな、休館前に足を運びたいと思ったのか、3時間待ちでした。 ただ、空いたら電話をいただけるということで、しばらくほかで時間を潰していました。 ヴォーリズ建築のホテルは、大きくはありませんが、美しい建物です。 頼んだのは紅白のババロアとプリンアラモード。ババロアは甘すぎずシンプルな味わいでした。プリンアラモードも見た目もよく写真映えしますね！ いつかまたオープンしたら、またこちらで食事したいです。 楽しみにしています。

One the best desserts I had in Japan if not maybe he best. That Apple ice cream cake pie hit on so many levels of flavor and texture! Amazing

We waited for about 1.5 hr since we didn't make reservation but it was worth the wait :). Service was good and though we couldn't get the peach parfait as it was sold out, the other parfait was good. I guess cake was okay but not the best. I would like to visit here again for the seasonal parfait!

夏の盛りの夕方から仲良し女子と行きました。 ホテルカフェの洋食と人気のデザート、 夏のパフェ狙いです。 予約の段階で、整理券を配布する数量と期間限定の白桃パフェ は到底無理でしたのでそうそうに諦めました。 夏パフェは全部で３種類あり、マンゴーパインパフェ を注文。 可愛らしいユニフォームのサービスがワゴンを厳かに運んできます。準備OKの段になり円形の外箱を上げるとドライアイスもくもくの中から凛としたパフェの登場です。このセレモニーと演出力は伝統に甘んじることなく新しい感覚を取り入れるホテルのメニュー開発に拍手です。 マンゴー にレイヤーするトロピカルフルーツ、クリーム、ライチ、パイナップルなどの シャーベット、マンゴープリン、カスタードクリーム、マンゴーシャンティ、ライチ、飴飾り、パイナップルチップ と食べ応え十分です。 この日のお食事は、 丁寧にしゃっきっと水切りして盛られた彩りよいサラダに王道フレンチドレッシングからスタートし、 海の幸ドリアか迷って 小海老のロングマカロニグラタン ベシャメルソースとチーズの相性にはやっぱりタバスコは欠かせない。 デミグラスソース のオムライス 卵はフワフワです。 アイスコーヒーも水だしでのど越しスッキリです。 インテリアやテーブルはクラシック。 リネンに刺繍が施されたドイリー と呼びたいクロス、カトラリーに日本製の陶磁器 と、エレガントなしつらえです。 サービスのスタッフも若い女性チームが活躍していて暑さを忘れる土曜日の早夕食でした

▪店名 【コーヒーパーラー ヒルトップ】 ▪評価 食べログ3.70（2023年6月時点） 食べログカフェ百名店（2022） カフェ百名店巡り。 この日訪れたのは御茶の水の「山の上ホテル」地下1階にあるこちらのカフェ。平日水曜日の12時45分頃訪問。席に余裕がありすぐに入る事ができました。 ︎┈┈┈┈┈┈注文したもの┈┈┈┈┈┈ ︎ 伝統のババロア @ 1500 ︎ コーヒー @ 900 ︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ババロアが可愛かったので注文！ 白を基調とした華やか且つクラシックな店内は50席。 ババロアとコーヒーは10分くらいで提供されました。 ババロアは口の中に入れるとゼラチンで固められたきめ細やかなカスタードがジュワっと溶けてほんのりミルキーで卵の優しい風味が残ります。 周りのラズベリーのソースやフレッシュなイチゴ、木苺、ブルーベリー、ラズベリーで酸味のアクセントを加えつつペロリと完食。 美味しく頂きました！ この日はお腹いっぱいだったので食べませんでしたが、豪華なプリンアラモードなども気になったので次回の課題にします。 ごちそうさまでした！

Fancy hotel service and tasty food to match. Go now before this hotel closes on February 15th! Cloth placemats. Fancy plates and cutlery. Chandeliers. Attentive service. The tarte tartin was amazing with great apple flavor balanced with a crunchy crust. The "strong coffee" was fine but not worth the JPY 1,000. Cash, credit cards and qr code payments accepted.
